We are a small parish. Because of this, we are always looking for people to volunteer as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, as well as Greeters/Ushers. We also have an Altar and Rosary Society which supports the parish. Currently, we have a Knights of Columbus council which meets at Gillespie.
Our parish’s PSR (Parish School of Religion) program is combined with Saints Simon and Jude in Gillespie. It meets on Sundays during the school year at 9:15am. Jennifer Frericks is the Director of Religious Education for all three parishes. She may be directly contacted at the Carlinville Office.
The opportunity to explore new ministries in our parish is wide open. If you have an idea for ministry, please let me know and let’s try it.
